Preparing for issuanceEach SFPT records one unit of portfolio-linked note rights
Each SFPT corresponds to one note unit. Holders participate in the agreed portfolio’s gains and losses under its terms.
Holders have the agreed settlement claim against the issuer. On-chain units do not confer direct ownership of underlying assets or group equity.
Gains and losses are reflected in per-unit reference value. Investment performance does not automatically change the number of units held.
Portfolio reference value comprises asset values plus income not already included, less fees and agreed deductions not already reflected, as defined by the valuation rules. Each item is counted once.
Mechanism example: 1,000 units with an initial reference value of USD 100 each. Select a unit value to see the resulting reference total.
